Returns + Order Issues
Because this is a perishable product, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Delivered frozen for quality. Freeze immediately upon delivery. Keep sealed and frozen for best quality within 3 months (can remain frozen longer; quality may gradually decline).
To enjoy: thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Shake well—natural separation is normal. Once thawed, keep refrigerated (≤40°F) and enjoy within 48 hours for peak quality (can be kept up to 5 days in the fridge for maximum freshness, though flavor and nutrients are best earlier). After opening, enjoy within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once fully thawed. If still partially frozen (ice crystals present), it may be returned to the freezer—quality may be affected.
