Built by Hand
Harvest Theory started the way most real things do — with a problem that needed solving. I was training hard, eating clean, and still couldn't find juice that matched the standard I held for everything else. Everything on the shelf was pasteurized, watered down, or loaded with sugar disguised as wellness.
So I bought a press.
What started as a personal project turned into something bigger. Friends wanted bottles. Their coaches wanted bottles. Gyms started asking. And the more I made, the more I realized: most people have never actually tasted real cold-pressed juice. The difference isn't subtle.
Every bottle of Harvest Theory is made by me — Tim Buccos — in a licensed commercial kitchen in Englewood, NJ. There's no assembly line. No co-packer. No automation. I source the produce, I run the press, I bottle it, I deliver it. That's the operation.
I keep it small on purpose. I'd rather make 50 perfect bottles than 500 average ones. Small means I control every variable. Small means nothing gets shipped out that I wouldn't drink myself. Small means the juice you get on Tuesday was pressed on Monday — not three weeks ago in a warehouse.
