Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right. We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been pressed and prepared for delivery cannot be cancelled.
