Storage & Handling
All juice is frozen immediately after pressing. Frozen shelf life: 6–9 months. Once thawed and refrigerated at or below 40°F: peak freshness within 48 hours, quality declines by day 4 from normal oxidation, discard after 1 week if unsold.
